If a shipment was booked, BOL provided, driver assigned, and the cardholder cancel before pickup, there will be a cancellation fee of 75.00 USD which will be deducted from the prepaid amount and the remaining amount will be refund to the card on file. This 75.00 USD will be credit to any future shipment with us.

If the cardholder cancels after pickup and delivery, there will be no refund as the service was rendered.

I do agree that Credit Card Chargeback after delivery and for amended charges, like: weight increase, volume increase, change of freight class, change of address classification, change of carrier, redelivery fee and lift gate fee are not valid and I waive my rights to submit a Credit Chargeback to my issuing bank.
